St. Nicholas Craft Fair
December 2, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Kick off the holidays at St. Peter’s fifth annual St. Nicholas Craft Fair. Festivities include holiday shopping with local artists and craftsmen, live holiday music, kids’ crafts and puppet show, and merriment around an outdoor fire.
CRAFTS AND GIFTS
A wide range of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind gifts will be presented including pottery, garland and wreaths, jewelry, greeting cards, knit items, farm products, screen printed shirts, artwork, and books. (Interested vendors can contact email@example.com.)
The St. Nicholas Craft Fair is a very kid-friendly event. Starting at 3:30 p.m. local artist Mary Luevanos will lead children in arts & crafts—decorating paper gingerbread men, making peppermint ribbons for dancing, and assembly of a piñata puppet. A puppet show will feature “El Gato Frio,” a piñata story. At 4:30 p.m. Saint Nicholas himself will make a guest appearance and read holiday stories until the close of the event.
After browsing the tables indoors and enjoying the live entertainment, take a break around the outdoor fire with a hot chocolate and sweet treat.
